Correct Tire Size?!?!

I got a 06 325 coupe with sport suspension and i just bought a set of wheels the fronts are 19x8.5 et35 and the backs are 19x9.5 et33 they got 265/35/19 tires in the back and im rubbing like crazy can even drive the car. What tire size would i need to run on the backs to get it without rubbing i also plan on lowering the car in the upcoming month so i wanna be able to lower it without eating away my tire all the time. I plan on rolling my fenders but doesnt seem like it would be enough right now with a 265. i was thinking a 245/35/19 or a 235/35/19 but idk which would be the best way i dont wanna be buying tires over and over again to get the right fitment. Please help me i need to get this figured out wanna enjoy the wheels for the short summer we get here in chicago
Thanks in advance
