Odometer reset

I'm trying to reset my trip odemeter to see how many miles I'm getting but the manual isn't exactly clear.

It says put key in ignition position one, press the odometer button "and up"

I tried putting the key in and holding the OD button, but what does it mean by "up?" The OD button only goes in/out

Use the stick to the left, closest towards your driver side door, and just tap it inwards for 2-3 seconds and your trip meter should reset.

That's what I did and it wouldn't reset It should also change the MPG meter as well, no?

I believe you hold in your OBC button on the turn signal stalk to reset miles per gallon, etc. Use the left knob on the cluster to reset trip meter.

Nope!

MPG meter is this, use your blinker stalk on the left of the wheel. The button on the very end of that is used to rotate through options on the Onboard computer. When you get to MPG, hold that button on the end down for about 5 seconds. Your MPG will reset.

I'm convinced you're doing something wrong with that odometer reset haha, keep trying!
