Is it worth it to buy

A sport suspension with about 130k? My suspension is shot and I needa replace it. A fellow fanatic has a sport suspension for 130 bucks. My question is: Is it really worth buying a suspension with such mileage? How long do oem struts usually last? I know you guys are gonna say save up and buy a good aftermarket one but im on a tight budget right now.Any info is greatly appreciated thanks

I vote no, that's just too many miles to buy second hand IMO unless you plan on upgrading again in another 15-20K. One of the sponsors here was selling a complete ZHP suspension OEM brand new for $499 shipped. I think for the extra $350 you'd have a kit that would last another 100K or so

There was a deal on suspension parts recently. Like price slashed in half (have you seen that)? Not sure if it's still available.

Edit: found it:

No longer available though

Ask them if they are planning on restocking. It's been there for a while.

Question which is sort of on topic:

How does the life of a set of coilovers compare to the life of the stock sport suspension? Regardless of the type of coilover, would it be on average longer, shorter or the same?

It's the exact same kit as the ECS one. Tischer is reputable. I've ordered from them many times.
