Hello. Can any expert chime on on the following picture? Is this safe?

My Ride: 2012 Dodge Charger
No biggie. A lot of tire/wheel shop have this happen to them when they mount tires. Hope this helps!

As long as the tire isn't losing air it wouldn't be too much of an issue. You should consider getting a new tire at some point though.

thank you for the inputs. i think i will use this as spare.

Update: In case someone has the same problem - the tire would not hold air even though the tire seal was added. tire was deemed un-safe and probably recycled.
