Russo, help me make pork chops

I bought a couple of pork chops. Making one now, one for dinner.
What internal temp do you cook to? 145?
Seasoning?

OP, listen to accolade... i don't cook much pork unless its bacon or ribs, i'm the last person you should be asking

145 for temp... yes, that i do know. as far as seasoning and technique...
i have heard that a brine is still good for pork even if its a chop you plan on grilling... look into it

Russo, I made the other one. I put a lot more pepper on the second one, man did it taste good! cooked to around 140 and let rest.

good man... temp sounds good to me

i never had pork with a good amount of pepper on it, usually i do that to steaks only. i'll give it a try next time
