I'm not a big hot saucer, I occasionally like a little heat and flavor but too much kills the taste of the food it's used on. I don't put hot sauce on everything because I like my taste buds to be able to taste.

My standards are
Cholula
Sriracha
Lingham's
Tabasco
Chili Oil

As for other spicy condiments...
Wasabi
Hot Mustard

I love Pepper Creek Farms Wilfire hot sauce. Their Sorano and Jalapeno sauces have great pepper flavor as well.

This stuff should be declared a weapon:
http://www.bushabrowne.com/pukka_hot_sauce.php

SCOVILLE HEAT LEVEL: 4,440
One drop mixed evenly in a large bowl of... whatever is almost too much.

Tapatio has a good heat and great flavor. It can be found almost anywhere.

Sriracha is a no-brainer. This sauce doesn't rely heavily on vinegar. Amazing taste and can be used on just about anything.

Cholula chipotle is nice and mellow.

So the ghost chili hot sauce.... yea.. um... WOW

took my taste buds for a ride. i am going to do the teaspoon test soon... when i have NOTHING to do for the remainder of the night.

i put a couple dabs on some fried chicken drumsticks... surprisingly really nice heat...
dowsed a cheeseburger with it (after the flip, before the cheese mmmm)... another really nice kick
put literally 4 drops in a bowl of pasta... pretty harsh, primarily because of the acidity in the tomato sauce... still addicting tho.

ugh... i can't wait to watch all of my friends die in heat when i tell them they won't be able to handle a 1/2 teaspoon of this stuff lol... "yea ok russo gimme that"

haaaaahahahhahaaaaaaaaaaaahahha can't wait!!!

There is nothing like this stuff.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Pure-capsaicin-h...ht_1416wt_1139

When I added a FRACTION of it to a Bowl of Chunky Soup "Sizzlin Steak" Chili for lunch at my house one day it was so hot I actually Hallucinated. The kind I had was actually in liquid form. It was rated at 16 million whatever. Came in a vial 2" tall.

About 5 years ago when I worked for Circuit City all the guys in the car stereo dept including myself loved hot stuff. We started with Wings-to-Go sauces when we ordered from there. Eventually their "Homicide" sauce was actually enjoyable to all of us, and it was no joke. It progressively got worse. We kept testing one another with these exotic things we found online. One day I stumbled across this guy selling in on ebay. Like I said it was liquid form. When I got it in the mail that day I tried it in my chili. HOLY FLOCK!

My mouth was a searing hot desert covered in spikes and my kitchen was a green wasteland. I actually stopped hearing things for a very short time. I remember it clear as yesterday.

When I took it to work; the guys thought I was lying. I was going to be an ass and say they should try it for themselves but I was actually scared I would hurt one of them. When I pulled out the vial and they saw how small it was they got really freaked out and started looking things up on the internet.

Nobody tried it.

I ended up throwing it out because if someone touched the vial and then touched their eye or something they could go blind.

I know; cool story bro

Eh I dunno. I was a bit of a nut back then. My stomach is MASSIVELY messed up now. Back then though I was drinking black coffee(a pot a day), Single malt scotch, eating ridiculously hot food, and eating on non-regular schedules. I would not recommend doing this lol. It doesn't taste good anyhow. It tastes like your drinking boiling hot, liquid plastic that then hardens on your tongue.
