Bosch o2 sensor?

Hello, I am wondering if the bosch o2 sensor (11781742050) will fit an 2004 325i? Says it will only fit up to 2003?

Thanks for any help..

That one you linked to is Bosch 13417, which fits both front and rear manifolds on E46 cars built up through March 2003. Technically you're supposed to use Bosch 17215 (front manifold) and Bosch 17216 (rear manifold), since your E46 was built after March 2003. Turner also sells those.

Yea, so the cheaper 13417's will not work I am guessing? Buying the 17215 + 17216 is expensive! Looking for a cheaper alternative....

Will the older ones work on your car? I don't know. You could try doing two 17215 sensors instead of one 17215 plus one 17216. That would save you about $30. It's technically wrong since the rear pre-cat O2 sensor should be a 17216 but I'm running two of the 17215 sensors and I haven't figured out what is different between those two, except one wiring sheath is gray and the other is black.

Fwiw I just got this^ Bosch universal post-cat off amazon for $67. It's a little bit shorter than the original but looks the same and includes a super easy Bosch-recommended splicing kit. Put your car info in and it will tell you what'll work.

The only difference between those is the color of the sheath and maybe the wire length. The signals produced are the same.
