Post OEM M5 Replicas?

I'm wondering if this wheels will fit my car 00 e46 wagon?

-OEM BMW (non-replica) Staggered e39 M5 wheels. 5x120 74.1mm hub bore
fronts 2x 18x8 w/ Sumitomo tires 245/40/18 (tires are LIKE NEW)
rears 2x 18x9.5 w/ Sumitomo tires 275/35/18 (tires are fairly worn, close to wear indicators)

Misleading thread title. Anyways, from what I've gathered, 4 fronts will work on the e46 without problems.

sorry for the tittle they are oem 65s. So this staggered set up wont work?
