2. I don't have the same hood as the OP. Similar style? Sure. But a very different hood. As for "paying a lot for it", I've got one word for ya : sponsorship.

3. Muffler delete is of what relevance? You've brought it up twice now..

4. As for "everyone isn't going to like my car", that is, OF COURSE, true. It's also very true that I've done the car in a fashion I like and did NOT follow the "typical mod path". Hell, I had CSLs when they first came out and switched them out because they became too common and I wanted a more unique wheel. Did the same by going with the Vorsteiner lip, SRS rear, GTR skirts, and the muffler delete... all good examples of "going different routes". Sure the muffler delete is common now, but check out the threads on the topic pre-dating me doing it.. there aren't many. Oh, and prior to doing it, I had the Hamann DTM exhaust... can you get much more unique?

And there is a HUUUUUUGE difference between disagreement, clarifying erroneous talking points, and "being pissy". I honestly don't really care if you don't like what I did to the car...

Shall I post up another sarcastic video or cat-holding-lightsaber-image only to have you take it seriously?
Thats pretty much exactly what I said. Its your car, do as you please. Sometimes being different just for the sake of being different is counterproductive, but more power to ya (pun intended)

I would appreciate another funny video/pic. Need my daily intake of lulz.

I had to add. You drive a stock 325i with an automatic slushbox. Do you really think a set of rims qualifies your comments

And to anyone wondering what kind of car "qualifies" for such a hood

No offense to you...and no I do not slam people who have different opinions. I just can't see how a carbon fiber hood is that bad if done right. Looking at your sig pic...I stereotyped you...as murdered out. My fault. How do I tell people here what to get...I am not that powerful. Just a BMW guy who has owned one since 1993....and several after that. Personally, I could care less if someone took a steaming dump on my old E46 or current 911....I do what I want and pay for it. Hey...sold my Colorado tow hood to a fanatic in Arizona...who is to say he is wrong.

I almost feel bad for how much you spent on that 325i slushy, you should learn to manage your money better. Its a long list of replacements parts with a brand in front. Carbon fiber trunk lid explains your position on this thread... and adds at least 50hp. Stickers add weight, you're right. Whats even better, you only have 2 pedals. That's like 30lbs weight saving right there.

Well is it the M3 or 330?? I'd take either

Do you miss your e46 yet? Surely you've joined a Porsche forum by now.

No problem Carcus, I understand what you're trying to say. I may have come off too harsh as well, just one of the perils that the immediacy of forums have to offer. Perhaps seeing the entire pic and not just the front would have helped for some context/composition. peace

Not enough pics to justify whether I like it the way it is or not. But either way nice hood!

The fitment looks very good. The M5 wheels look sick too.
