My Ride: makes my pants tight
Is personal safety a concern of yours?

J/k, I don't know **** about them other then the stacked 10/1 negative threads here that say their build quality is likely sh*t....which is my gut instinct about them.

Why not just go with H&R Race springs and new shocks, its pretty low.

No
You're member since 2007 and didn't already see the many raceland threads heheheh? Some like them, some not, just a matter of personal preference in the end. The pattern goes:

Looks > Performance = RL
Looks > Safety = RL
Performance / Safety > Looks = Decent suspension from well-known manufacturer.

Get some ZHP shocks + used H&R springs instead.

I agree you get what you pay for, I used them.. Most people with negative reviews just speak out because of the price. Sure there are few with actual negative experiences, but same goes with sport suspension as well. Its like buying any other suspension, you do your research, you put your budget on the table and you make a decision. They are such a small company if the struts actually blew as much as people think they do, they would have been closed because of lawsuits.

In my experience Racelands are decent suspensions, why are they so cheap? When you receive the package there are no manual's, instructions, faqs, nothing, I am assuming thats why the price is so damn low. But on the good note I called em bunch of times, and they are nice guys, they responded to my installation questions well, asked pictures to see if I did it right even when I said there was no need, great customer service. Welding spots and springs are all nice, shocks are a little soft for coilovers but thats why the ride is more comfortable than any other as well.. In fact they are probably the most comfortable coilovers I have had experience driving with.

Its comfortable and I used em 3000+ miles track and street after I blew out a strut. It was the price of a set of front sport struts so I went for it. One suggestion I would make is to get front cambers for them as I do not like how the OEM strut mounts fit on them. I had no problems at all, but I believe they are designed for camber plates to get 100% out of them.

People argue you are driving a BMW, not minding the fact that our cars are cheap and common as someonelse mentioned on another forum. My sport strut blew and oil started coming out of it, I never felt comfortable with the replacement set I got all OEM. So its all up to you as the driver..

They dont suck, most people have concerns that because of its price they are cheaply made, but no one has any statistics or proof to argue their case. I am not a raceland fan and I wish I can afford 3000$ suspension, but I cant so there you go.

I got mine when they first came out and have tracked them and put alot of rough miles on them. They are a bit soft but thats a good thing if its also a daily driver. 20000 miles and counting.

half the people who are hating on racelands have never even had them before. i have had a set on for a few thousand miles and am extremely impressed with them for $300. if you daily your car and are just look to drop your car then yeah get them, if you are looking to track your car then don't get them, its as easy as that.

Rokkors lasted 1 day for my friend, it's hit and miss with them I guess. And imo they ride like crap.
