Did your rear bumper have to be re-sprayed?
Yes, my rear bumper was repainted.

Are they functional? Either way...they look SICK. FMU does nice work, saw some of their stuff at MFest.

Yes, they are "functional" since they are REAL holes and not just made to look like real ones.

Loos like a badass mod, but:
1) They didn't even take the bumper off to work on it? ....
2) The cutouts look subpar with the wavy cuts:

Great idea, but not so great execution IMO!

They did take it off.. that's like the first picture.

i don't think it looks too bad. Now i don't if i'd want my bumper not done as perfect as possible; his doesn't look bad and no one is really going to get a foot away and stare at it... or at least I hope not!

In person it looks amazing. There are no flaws in it, cracks, discoloration, etc...
There aren't any "waves" in it. They look straight in person.
The bumper HAS to come off in order to complete this. If you look, in the first picture, it was taken off.

Yea lol. They HAVE to take it off in order to do this or else it would not turn out the way it did.

It looks really good in person, even from 2 feet away.

I believe it, it looks good. I definitely dig it. I wonder where, here in So Cal, someone could do that for me.

There is a place in Vegas that a guy I know used. They did it for the same price.

My shop did this within 2-3 days because of my time constraints.

The mod scene in Cali is really big, so I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to find a shop that specializes in custom fabrication.
