My Ride: 2003 BMW 330i
Since the mechanical fan is removed can someone please tell me if its possible to replace the serpentine belt with a shorter one in-order to bypass that pulley completely?

As long as you don't need your water pump to spin, you can bypass that pulley.

I can choose between a Bosch, Hella or Febi Bilstein electric radiator fan, any recommendations? The Bosch is considerable more expensive

silly question perhaps but there are 2 clips attached to 2 blades, one per blade. Are these for balance or do I remove them?
