Who pays 100 a month for a gym!

Find one that's like 40 max. Shouldn't be too hard being around NY

not crossfit gyms. It's a lot of classes and personal attention from what I understand. Not something you can get in most golds gyms or whatever.

Crossfit is closer to 150. But you have personal trainers creating different workouts daily and making sure your form is correct. Tho it's still too much IMO

Exactly why I set up my home gym. A typical commercial gym wasn't meeting my needs and cf gyms were too expensive.

I have absolutely everything that a cf gym has except a climbing rope. I've even sold atlas stones to the one near me, lol.

Pouring. It's actually really easy. I can pour one now in under a half hour.

I've dropped the solid one from chest height onto a 3/4 inch rubber mat over concrete. The one with a foam ball in the center I've dropped from shoulder height onto a rubber mat over grass. No issues with either. They are pretty strong once they properly cure.

Bump: Crossfit has shoes. I'm convinced some people are just minting money off this fad. $120 for shoes with no support.

The Bare XF 210 features a zero drop differential and a TPU-reinforced upper, specifically designed for minimalist CrossFit training. Completely flat along the entire sole, the heel is not raised. Extremely comfortable, with a barefoot last and rope climb protection, the Bare XF 210 is in stock and ready to ship. Inov-8 Bare XF 210s (Black/Gray): $120.00, Free Shipping

I think this will confuse people. It looks like you're saying these are the crossfit shoes.

But yes I agree. I love the workout styles but the cult like obsession with is is a little off putting.

There are some out there! Te reebok nano. They are actually pretty nice but not for $125 or whatever they cost. Minimalist shoes should cost less, not more!

Minimalist shoes ftmfw... could care less whether or not they're marketed towards cross fit elitists
