Living in Manhattan, I see some pretty outrageous things. The other night a police tow truck was going about 40 with an E92 M3 towed from behind. All of a sudden the M3 front wheels turned and the car quickly veered into the next lane. If another car had been in that lane it would have been side swiped for sure.

I guess the tow truck driver didn't want to pull out his slim jim to unlock the car and disengage the parking brake. The owner deserves the towing bill and ticket that he received.
