Tuscaloosa/Birmingham Sightings Thread

Figured it was about time to make one of these. Seems like there's more and more modded E46's showing up in these areas. And if there's already a thread for this... well, I didn't search soooo.... yeeea...

Anyway, post away!

I'll start with the White 330i Mtech-1 with front clears and an Mtech-2 front bumper at the condos on at 8th and 14th Ave in Tuscaloosa.

I'll start with some douchebag named Len with a white ZHP sedan...

Kidding.

I saw a grey ZHP sedan the other day going home from work. We ended up running together for a while. I pulled up next to him, revved it a bit to get his attention, he gave me a thumbs up, waved, then took off... only to cut me off and drive like a fvcking moron, endangering everyone. The next morning, I saw him broken down on the side of the road kicking his car. When I got close enough, I revved it again. He gave me a thumbs up and waved again.

In Pell City, there's a black E46 coupe with aftermarket wheels. I tried to get the guy's attention, but he just dropped his seat back and drove "like a pimp." I generally see him every morning on the way to work, but he's going the other way.

There's also a cute chick in our area with a white E46 sedan. I had a chance to stop and talk to her, but I kept on driving for some reason...

You should come down for our group drive. We're starting in Pell City, so just take 231 until you see the Walmart. I hope you've driven 231 before. If not, you're missing out on some great scenery. See my sig for details.

Haven't seen much, but just recently aquired taste for BMW's. Really the only one i've seen is a silver facelift 330i with an Mtech 2 front bumper. I'm in the 01' Topaz 330i w/ Mtech 1 kit, style 68-M wheels (ninja throwing stars), illegal tints and depo headlights/smoked corners. I'm in T-Town as well.

If we can agree to make it Birmingham-based (since it's a centralized location to us all), I'm all in favor. Let's start brainstorming names, shall we?

I actually talked to Len last night about some "gangsta" name. The conversation went something like this... (Some phrases removed to avoid any conflicts here.)

Me: I'm thinking, "Dem Bimma Boiz."
Len: ...
Len: Dem Bimma Boiz?
Me: I already got window decals printed up.
Len: ...

This is awesome! I drive a alpine white 325Ci with some mods and I live in a suburb of Huntsville, an I'm about to move to auburn. I've seen a couple, but still very few, modified BMWs beside mine here.

You should come down for our group drive! It should take you just over an hour and a half to make it to Pell City from Huntsville and when we're done, you can hop on I-459 to I-65 and it's a straight shot home.

Check my sig for details.

Creative, huh? I don't think I'd put the decal on my car, though... people would mistake me for a football fan!

Bimmer App made this happen. Don't be jealous.

What about something like "BaMaW".
The caps are BMW and it's a pattern. And there's a bama in there. Or like "Alabimma."

"BaMaW." I read it like "Bama-W," almost giving it the sound like "BMW."

Maybe something different. Bamavarian Motorwerks.

Bimmer App made this happen. Don't be jealous.

In all seriousness, if there were to be some "Bamavarian" small window decals made, I'd get one.

Like either that word or the Alabama shape outlined in black and divided into the four corners of white and blue. Like an Alabama shaped BMW emblem.

I would Photoshop it real quick, but I'm too damn lazy right now. I'm eating my pizza.

So "Bamavarian" it is?
