Why do modern people hate manuals. I love the he'll out of it and will never go back. Automanual trannys ruin the fun of moving the shifter around

looks kinda portly. They're going to need every last HP out of the Twin-Turbo V8 to move the fat beast around.

IMO this looks 100 times better than the E60 M5

Undecided. On first impression, I'm not disgusted like I was with the E60 - I guess that's a good sign. But the E60 had a brilliant engine; this, not so much.

So far, I like the new 5 series styling efforts, much more than the e60. I'm not enamored with the new 6 but I'm biased. The interiors/electronics are much, much better. I'm definitely interested in seeing the performance numbers...

Exactly. It's also direct injection.

Same motor:

BMW X6M 4.4 TWIN TURBO
STOCK: 547 HP / 502 TORQUE
MODDED: 605 HP / 565 TORQUE

"OUR BMW X6M TUNE IS VERY SAFE, AND HAS BEEN EXTENSIVELY ROAD AND DYNO TESTED. TO IMPROVE THE ALREADY POWERFUL BMW X6M ENGINE WE RAISE THE BOOST OF THE CAR BY APPROXIMATELY 1.5 - 2 LBS."
-Eurocharged

And from G-power:
Under the hood of the BMW X6 M Typhoon S is the factory 4.4-liter V8 engine with a few upgrades. First was the enhanced ECU from G-Power to handle the new connection pipes for the turbos, stainless steel exhaust, and aftermarket exhaust manifolds. These mods come in at a pricey 13,526 EUR, but after the installation, customers will notice a gain of 168 horsepower, and 210 Nm of torque. It now has a total output of 715 hp and 890 Nm of torque. At the track, the BMW X6 performed great with a sprint time of 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.2 seconds, and a top speed over 300 km/h.

Meh, I'll take the E39 or the E60 over this. Or better yet, a E39 with a S85 swapped in
