Noise from back cornering - 2003 325i

Hi,
First of all I wanted to say hello from Ottawa Canada. I acquired my first BMW a couple of days back and I am really loving except for this noise that started coming from the rear end.

The noise comes only on cornering and that too on almost 90 degree corners. And it comes only once per turn. Its not a loud sound.

Otherwise straight drive/winding roads are completely noise free.

Any tips would really help.
