Cool SATA HDD in my E46 Coupe?!?!

OK, I want to put a 500GB S-ATA computer HDD in my car to store all my tunes, moves and what not. Only problem is after a bit of research I couldn't find out how to wire up a power molex adapter to the car. (i have a s-ata power to molex power adapter & a s-ata data to USB attachment) I want to Connect it all up to my new Android e46 Dynavin ;P.

I'll probably work it out, but any advice/ideas would be very much appreciated.

Not sure how that's going to work because the Molex connector supplies 12v power via the yellow wire and 5v via the red wire.

I would suggest getting something similar to the western digital "portable" series of hard drives that can pull all the power they need via the USB port. That way it will only turn on when the Dynavin unit turns on.

Best option is to buy a small portable drive. They're about $40 here now for a 500gb one.
