For sale 2000 323i 5 speed sedan titanium silver color.
I bought the car may 2008 with 78k miles and now it has 110,400 miles. I live in NJ and go to school in MA so the mileage is mostly from the driving back and forth. I have maintenance records in excel format for the whole time since I have owned the car. It has silver interior trim and has sport package, which includes bucket seats and sport suspension. It has style 68 17 inch wheels. It has euro lights all around and LED interior lights. I removed the angel eyes because they were the CCFL and finally died. It also has an OEM BMW short shift kit, K&N Intake, and black kidney grills as well. It has new OEM control arm bushings, new brake pads, and new cross-drilled rotors. I also did a coolant flush recently and can include transmission fluid, differential fluid, and a bunch of BMW coolant that I have in my garage = ) (I did not get to the tranny and diff changes yet). I am asking $5,500 OBO Local preferably. Cash only and looking for a quick sell. The car drives great, no SES light, but the airbag light IS on. I do not know the reason and I am not looking to go to BMW to find out. The car is located in MA currently, but it will be in NJ June 25-26, 2011 so anyone that wants to take a look at it, test drive it (Metuchen, NJ) Central Jersey, just pm me and I will make arrangements for this to happen. If you want the excel document I can PM that also. Like I said, I am looking for a quick sale because I am buying a new car and need this for a down payment. The price is negotiable = )

The only thing different about the car from last year is that it has a little more miles and now has the airbag light on.

I've owned the car for 3 years, I have not replaced or service the clutch or transmission. Everything shifts perfectly IMO. I do have redline tranny and diff fluid, but I never got the time to have a shop put it in for me.

Any rust? And I'm curious about the airbag light -- did anything seem to trigger it (massive pothole, removing the driver or passenger seat, etc.)?

Have you replaced any of the trouble-prone cooling system components like the expansion tank?

There is no body rust, I did hit a pothole a while back that broke one of my control arm bushings, hence why both were replaced, other than that I can't say I know why the SRS light is on. As far as the cooling system goes, I have not had any issues with it (other than the lower temperature sensor which was replaced). I did have the coolant flushed recently w/ BMW coolant. I also got the car @ 78k miles so it's possible that the system has already been replaced or fixed, because of this I don't see any dire need to go replacing things if I don't have an issue and if it's possible the parts are still fairly new. =D
