Paypal dispute has been opened. He claims he has emailed me but I have received nothing of the sort. I have only recieved response after i have taken measures to get his attention. Paypal transaction has since been updated with Tracking details but I will only close it once its received in FULL, PROPER and UNDAMAGED. I have also noted that in the even that I do receive damaged goods that he is to send a new one immediatly with repaid return postage for returning damaged goods.

Looks like it's refund or no fun for you my friend...

He originally started "ThePartsHut" using his employers time and funding without their knowledge (when other Faulkner locations catered to the same target audience he was also selling to.) THAT didn't go over well with his employer as I'm sure you can understand!

So the morel of this story is 1) don't screw your employer if he's putting the food on the table; 2) get ish taken care of for customers or they will leave (in droves!), bad customer reputation due to neglect and deceit takes 20 times longer to rebuild the bridge of trust from one good customer service accolade, besides industry stats bear out the fact that an unsatisfied customer will complain to roughly twenty times the people that a satisfied person will communicate positively.
