do any of these control the bench portion of the seat (forward and back)?
or does one motor control all of the seat's functions?

one, motor moves the seat forward and back
one, tilts the botton of the seat one, tilts the backrest one, one lifts the seat up and down

is it a simple diy? and will it fit my ride, driver's side?

yea its quite simple. if you can, unbolt your seat and tilt it back and take a picture of the bottom of the seat (especially the motor plugs) and post it or e-mail it to me so i can make sure the plugs are the same.
The instal of the motor will be easy though, i can talk you through it.
