My Ride: Lots of Cars!
Need 1 So Cal resident for test fitting purposes

As the subject says. If you are able to leave your car with us for 4-5 days we would like to re-fit all of our kits.

Please PM with details on which e46 you currently own.

Volunteer will be compensated fairly well for their sacrifice.

Your vehicle will not be harmed in the process and all stock pieces will be put back on the vehicle.

The individual we choose is more then welcome to take pictures of their car before hand. I will make sure no harm comes to it. We have a great guy working on these cars that is extremely careful with the way he attaches these parts. Nothing will be drilled, no modifications will be made to any pieces on the customers car and I will treat it as if it is my own car.

If all goes well then the vehicle owner will be walking away as one very happy individual.

Interesting. Have you guys ever thought of contacting people you had previously lined up, and will you actually follow through with this?

The reason i say that is, previously when mcr_driver did this I had spoke to several people at ED about bringing my car in for the coupe slot. Anyways I was told that i could bring my car in and to make sure that my car was equipped with stock parts. I removed all of the aftermarket parts for my car and replaced them with stock parts. The date to bring my car in was pushed back several times until you guys eventually dropped communications (no asnwers to PM, email, or returned calls). Therefore i returned my car to stock in order to come in for this, which never happened.

No way I'd leave my car with you guys, I would want to see exactly what has to go into making your parts fit onto my car. I would hope that anyone that cares about fellow e46 members would feel the same. With enough time anything can be made to fit, but what makes a truly superior product is one that can fit out of the box with minimal work.

Yes and for that you need go out and pay upwards of $2000+ to get a right out of the box screw on piece. We are trying to offer kits here at a affordable price. In order for us figure out what need to fix, we need to first determine what is wrong. Thanks.

My m3 rep bumper cost much less than 2k and fits quite well with the a fore mentioned "minimal work"

Put this in writing and also a clause that states any immediate or future (within a certain time period) breakdowns related to the parts taken apart will be covered or repaired free of charge. This will give some peace of mind to others willing to be test mules.
