Not sure what you are asking? I usually get 300 miles to a tank thats mostly city driving with a 3.46 diff.

Check out Fuelly.com. There are a few E46 wagons on there the last time I checked.

My 03 325iT averages 19.5-22.8mpg calculated, 70% highway with aggressive driver (I think higher ethanol content gives the lower number) With new plugs, ait filter, fuel filter, transmission service, and diff service I am expecting a slight increase. All freeway trip has averaged 28mpg. Last edited by SexualChocolate; 07-02-2011 at 12:43 AM. |

I'd check the error codes and make sure something isn't going wrong.
Other than that, you might suffer from the same thing my neighbor has with her VR6 Jetta. Once the price of gas went up, she started tracking her mileage and was convinced something was wrong with her car. I went through everything and couldn't find anything wrong. I did a bit of research and found that she is getting exactly what the govt says she should (she gets 17 in the city and 25 on the highway). What makes matters worse is that my TDI Jetta gives 52 on the highway and 42 in the city. Same year, same car but one is a VR6 with an automatic and the other is a diesel with a 5 speed manual.
