2002 Vert $4400 Needs work

I recently picked up this vert that had been overheated. I was hoping it would be as simple as a cooling system refresh but it's the gasket. Upon my research, I think this is just more than I can handle right now. I'm looking to get what I have in it, not counting taxes to the state, etc just price of the car and new parts I bought,
water pump
thermostat
hoses
expansion tank
Asking 4400. If you don't know what you would be getting into on this car, then it's not for you.

Currently intake manifold is out, though it can be put back if you like. Personally, I'd leave it out to save you the time to do it.
It's located in Asheville NC
Mileage: 150k
White on Tan
5 speed. Drives fine when it was running before it would begin to overheat
Automatic top works fine.
Missing kidneys and front roundel ( no I don't know what happened to them. )
Book on this car is somewhere between 8 and 9, so you know you will have to do some work.

PO was involved in very minor front and rear scrapes, but overall car is good shape particularly for the price.
Someone who has experience or who has the time will have a good deal out of this.
PM here for contact info.

My Ride: is over
Did the gasket go on the outside of the car or the inside? Coolant in the oil? Bottom end wear?

Not sure on your first question. The gasket is inside the motor.
No coolant in oil. Motor runs fine. No wear from what I can tell.
