problem with UUC DSSR. Please Help.

hi,guys... bought & installed UUC DSSR on my 01 325ci but the length isnt rite, it's too short. i've asked aakmotorsports for exchange but still no answer. anyone had this problem? If i buy UUC Evo3 Short shifter, will it solve the problem?

Not enough info to help. But you might try calling UUC. It's their product, they should be able to help you. You might also try researching on the the UUC website.

you probably ordered the wrong one or they sent you the wrong one. Contact UUC and give the product number and tell them the car you have. They will let you know if its the right one. I wondering if they gave you a E36 one?

their shifter won't change this. i agree, sounds like you got the wrong one.

hold it up to the stock shift rod and compare length. if it's the same at attachment points, then you're just installing it incorrectly

happened to me too. got the wrong dssr from ecs. check the part#, should say 237 on the dssr for 5spd cars. i got the one that said 273 and it didn't fit. sent it back maybe a week ago and so far haven't heard anything about my refund.
