Fixing cracked bumper?

So my csl frnt came off and was looking for tips to try to put it back together. It's not badly dmged but it did fall off the bar. Two things, what can I use to stick the plastic pieces back together and what's the best way to attach it back to the reinforcement bar?

Napa makes a plastic epoxy that would make that as strong as new, I have used it before so let me do some research so I can remember what it was and I will get back to you.
