Trade feeler: 2005 ZHP + cash for your e46 M3

Recently got the itch for an M badge, so I'm considering letting go of the ZHP, adding some cash and getting an M3. A trade would be the simplest thing, so let's see if anyone is interested! Update: will also consider other models - see 4th post in this thread.

I'm located in Vancouver, Canada, so an in-country trade would be the simplest.

2005 ZHP with 125,000 kilometers (78,000 miles).
- Immola Red on Alcantara
- Leather steering wheel
- 6 speed
- Harman Kardon audio
- Heated Seats

- OZ Ultraleggera wheels w/ new rubber (Continental Extreme Contact DWS)
- Bilstein PSS9 fully-adjustable coilovers
- Stainless steel brake lines
- Slotted rotors
- Rogue Engineering camber arms
- AFE cold air intake
- Upgraded front & rear sway bars and strut bars
- Short shifter w/ weighted ZHP shift knob
- Flat black grill (also have OEM)
- Tinted windows (8% on the rear three + windshield stripe, 40% on the front two) with lifetime warranty

Full service history, including $2000 of service within the last few months. The front of the car has some light rock chips, but other than that, the car is in fantastic condition in and out.

Recent service includes:
- Full inspection
- Replacing power steering pressure hose
- Replacing rear trailing arm bushings
- Cleaning crankcase vent valve and replacing hoses
- Synthetic oil service
- Replacing fuel filter
- Alignment

What I'm looking for...

Non-negotiable:
- A BMW (may consider some Mercedes models) with similar or lower mileage
- Good service history
- Good vehicle condition in and out
- Auto or SMG
- Little to no mods

Interested? Shoot me a PM.

Pics galore:

Silly Canadian, there isnt a e46 m3 with a auto transmission unless you meant smg

Nice car and good luck with your trade. If you want my two cents I'd just drop a supercharger in it along with the m3 lsd. The facelifted coupes are by far the prettier e46's out there IMO

Really? I had no idea. I've clearly spent too much time researching ZHPs and not enough time researching M3s!

Guess I'll have to settle for an SMG...

I've thought about a S/C and M3 LSD, but I think getting an M3 would be the 'safer' bet in the long run - a bit more reliable and less hassle . And I'd like a convertible - I plan to pick up a hard top for it, too.

Update:

Will consider trades (partial or straight up) for other BMW models, too. 330 / ZHP / Z4, 335, etc. in any body style. Must be automatic or GSD.

Good luck with your search man. Hard to find people that are willing to downgrade from an m3 to a non-M machine lol.

And E25ci - Silly American, pre-facelift coupes are by FAR the best looking e46's,hence why they kept that front end for the M3's . I joke I joke
