Honestly, the ONLY way to tone the crime down in areas like Newark, Trenton, Camden, etc is to arm the people, and have cops have a stand your ground law which includes your car and your two feet. Criminals would be dead like flies.

Follow the money...

Cops are laid off, but now businesses are REQUIRED to hire armed security
A majority of armed security is performed by off duty cops
see where I'm going...

Now the small businesses are required to PAY for this "service" when it was once provided (lol) by police.

What if a private security guard has to shoot someone or gets shot? They'll be hung out to dry in court!

NJ is basically saying that they have no means to protect the public and for us to do it ourselves, YET don't allow it citizens to own, carry or defend themselves..

NJ is so f'ed up
