The Pill driving GF CRAZY

I've dated many women that have been on the pill, and while I have seen minor/slight emotional mood swings, my current girlfriend goes absolutely insane. The other day, she broke up with me for no reason. She told me she had thought about how it wouldn't be so bad if she crashed her car, or how she needed to go see a psychiatrist. She thought she might be pregnant, so she bought a pregnancy test.

Then she got off the pill, and called me back and apologized and said it was the pill that drove her to that craziness.

Has anyone experienced anything like this before? Everything was great before she got on the pill, and she seems to be doing better now that she is off it.

that pill she was on was to strong for her. she needs to switch to another brand. she was probably on one for a heavier female.

+1 on trying a different pill. Gently suggest, while not near anything that could be used as a weapon, that she talk to her ob/gyn about changing birth control.

Sounds like you're dating my ex. She was a moody freagin mess non stop.

Got her flowers for no reason....she got mad because she assumed I did something wrong or because I didn't get them for her bday.

Went out of my way and washed her car for her....she got snotty because I did not vacuum inside.

Got some of her chores done for her so we could have more time together....when she got home she got pissy because she was planning to do them.

It was an eggs shells relationship non-stop. Good luck bro. So grateful to be dating a normal stable even keel woman now.
