My Ride: 2003 BMW E46 325CI
Well, its a sedan, which usually run lower prices, but ive seen 323's for 8000$ and selling!! for that same year... And they have been in like "near perfect" condition and run w/o major repairs for years

Either theres something wrong with that 330... orrrr there's something wrong with it....You could bust out another 4000$ into its repairs which the current owner cant afford.... but that may not completely fix it...

Risky imo

it's a 323.
premium engined cars DID NOT have the black trunk handle or black running strips on the roof.
so the 328 or 330 would've been color coded.

no, it's not
premium engined cars also got silver grill slats
