Hey guys today my gas pedal lost its's spring tension and the throttle is going nuts/sticking how can I fix this ?

That's the clutch & brake pedal assy.
This is the accel pedal assy http://realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?...82&hg=35&fg=20 Our cars are drive by wire. There is a potentiometer (Gas pedal assy) that send a signal to a stepper motor (throttle body assy) that moves our throttle body linkage. You need to check your linkage for binding and free movement. Probably just need to clean your engine around the intake / throttle bodies.
