Is it a 5spd or Auto? If its a 3.46 I definitely cant use it, if its a 3.07 I might be interested. Could you PM me your price?

Not that I cant go 3.46. Cruising rpms too high for my use, top speed is affected too much and would have to shift to second pretty quick.

I mean forced induction

I was thinking about my water/meth injection system when I was writing that.

ehh sorry to break it to you but i wanna protect op. i just got my 3.46 shipped greyhound for 225 shipped. 3.46 are the most common and yes they are heavy. anything above 275 or 300 plus shipping puts you into the rarer 3.38,3.15,3.23 range

fyi

Intially had an ESS 7psi kit, which gave me hell, ripped it out. Now has an ESS modified ecu with all the emission stuff removed, larger injectors, then everything else is a RMS done by Osh. v2 vortech blower@9psi, piggy back fuel controller. Pretty much the highest boost on an otherwise stock motor. It did 293rwhp on 100 octane abour a year ago. Its almost maintenance free, except I do more frequent oil changes. No need for an intercooler really, its more a daily driver than a track car. I dont expect heatsoak to be that much an issue with my street use.

The water/meth injection system(coolingmist) is my own addition about 2 months ago, solved the early detonation/hesitation I would get on WOT at high boost. Amazing difference, should have done it much sooner.

Now I need some better gearing.

what went wrong with the ess kit? and im sure a intercooler would help you run higher boost with more safety. and what brand meth are you using? do you have "rms headers"?

Just running 50/50 methanol (gas line antifreeze) and distilled water. no headers. ess kit had constant hose slipping, blower oil leaks/bearing noise like you wouldnt believe, slipping belt issues. left a nice oil puddle everywhere, made a mess of my undercarriage. long story, couldnt be resolved. not one oil leak since i had it changed.
