e46 m3 tri stitch SMG steering wheel retrofit kit!

Bought this SMG wheel from a member on here and did the retrofit for the steptronic. Trying to buy a new car so parting out of some of the parts on the E46. This will come with:

E46 m3 SMG steering wheel (usually $250-$300 on here)
SMG clockspring/slipring (part# 61318379091) ($103 from tischer)
Connectors and wires needed for retrofit (~$5 or so for all)

So normally you would be looking around $350-$400 to do this.
I am looking for $290 for the whole kit.

The wheel has wear on the leather at the top from alot of use. Probably came out of an m3 with a decent amount of miles. The paddles were painted black by the person who had it before me. The lower trim was painted tiag silver. Even with the wear I've seen the steering wheels on here go for anywhere from $225-$300. The clockspring is almost brand new, i've probably used it for about 3 months. I still have the original box. Pics follow:

I have had offers of the slip ring/kit, so yes, i would sell just the wheel.

does the airbag come with it? if so I will buy the whole thing!
