Do I need an H7 adapter to put HID's on my facelift coupe?

I've done alot of searching and many of threads I've found said that I need the adaptor, but none of those are specific to the facelift coupe. This is the best DIY I came across and it didn't seem like he needed a adaptor. Can someone please tell me whether or not I'll need an H7 adaptor for my 35W DDM Raptor HID Kit? Also, will I need a wiring harness if it's just a 35W kit?

Thanks in advance

I have a facelift coupe and I did not need any adapters. Inside the headlight there is a normal spring clip that holds the H7 bulb in (H7 Halogen and H7 HID). It is the Pre-facelift headlights that require the adapters for both H7 Halogen and H7 HID, just the way that particular headlight unit was made. The pre-facelift headlights use the adapter to hold and clip the bulb to the headlight bowl. The Facelift headlights on the coupe have traditional spring clips.

Thank you very much sir. Also, did you use an aftermarket relay harness or just the stock one?

I've been searching, you would know that if you had bothered to read my first post. I haven't seen anything specific to facelift coupes.

Hi Neil, I've just bough a H7 Hid kit and i'm having trouble with my facelift coupe. The bulb fits fine but cant get the spring clip to fit. Do you have to do anything to yours?
