WTB e46 Touring w/ manual transmission.

Hi there everyone!

I'm in the market for a new (to me) car, and LOVE the e46 BMW's... Specifically,

- Touring
- Manual Transmission
- Low miles (>180,000)
- Good condition (no rust, no rips / tears / bad wear on interior, no serious outside damage -- although stone chips and slight blemishes are OK)
- Preferably RWD (an 'x' won't turn me away, but I'd rather not have power going to the front wheels)

My price range is right around $8,500, although I could go up a bit for the right car. I'm moving out to the Phoenix, AZ area, so I'm looking primarily in the southwest (CA, AZ, NM, TX, NV, UT, CO... although I could travel anywhere in the US for the perfect wagon!).

I'm looking to purchase around December, 2011, cash in hand.
