special shipping for DICE kit

hello, i want to buy DICE kit to use my iphone in my car.

the kit that i want is DICE silverline or any other similar, i have no problem to pay by paypal, but i need that when the shippment is send to my country i need that the invoice to say 45 american dollars and to be marked as gift, this is because in my country customs charge me a fee if the cost of the incoming packet is over 50 american dollars (packet + shipping cost)

the fee is 60% of the total packet + shipping cost, and if the total is over 100 american dollars customs say that a custom officer need to do paperwor and charge me with a custom officer that cost a minimum of 150 american dollars so after that finaly customs release the packet to me

the final cost of the packet to me should be like this:
packet + shipping + (60% of packet + shipping) + custom officer

yeah is more than 3 times the cost!
this is the only way to get stuff like this in my country but the way i live in Latin America, in Uruguay, yes it sucks (don't say that you not are thinking this)
