Hp Touchpad fire sale

Anyone able to find one..? they are selling the 16gb model for $99 and 149.99 for the 32gb.

Looks like I am late to the party but best buy has 250k units and hopefully they will continue to sell them.

For those out of the loop HP killed palmOS and now they are dropping the price to get them out. People have already started putting android 3.0 on these.

EDIT Android is in the works not already working and if you want one you are screwed unless you hit craigslist(they are selling around 150) or hopefully wait and more might be available.

You're pretty much out of luck bro. This craziness started saturday morning. Everyone is sold out online and you'll be lucky if you find one in the store which is highly unlikely. Your best bet is to keep checking HP small business website and amazon. I was on slickdealz.net reading the thread about this and I couldn't keep up with the pages. Pages and pages of posts were created in seconds. Its crazyyyyy. Luckily my cousin was able to get through on HP's website but it took him ours of refreshing and we got 3!

Got one on 8/19 32g from HP.com via CS for $160 and got 1 32gb via HP EPP for $133.

My wife and I got 2 16gb touchpads from Wal-Mart on Saturday morning. $99 each, I'm on one now.

Just called EVERY SINGLE Best Buy in San Diego.

We were on a forum called slickdeals all friday night trying to score one online. About 3 minutes after a store went live they would sell out. The thread grew to 10,000 posts in just a few hours. We ended up getting two from walmart.com to pickup in the store but knew that they would not hold them, so we went and waited at the door with 10 other people in the morning.

I have 3 of them coming. Got in with my .edu. (Thanks USD for keeping it active even after I graduated). All 16gb. 3 for $342 including tax and recycle fee.
