did "Elizabeth"today for all you crossfit guys. 6:25. Made me realize how out of shape I am. I felt like I was going to die after. The rests I took were much too long, I could get into the 5:40 range I think. Once I get into shape, of course.

21-15-9

Squat cleans @ 135LBs
Ring dips (used 2 TRX's next to each other)

Saturdays I either take off or it's a "free day". Meaning, I'll do any type of workout. Today was trap bar deadlifts.

135x20(warmup), 155x15, 185x12, 225x10, 275x10, 315x8, 365x5, 385x3, 405x3, 425x3, 455x2, 455x1

That's a wrap! Finished up with 10 min of foam rolling.

I hate when the gym closes early on holidays.

The lack of sleep this weekend caught up to me at first, but by the time I got to deadlifts I felt pretty good. If I had another 15 min to finish running would have been really happy.

Last nights: started with (semi-heavy) power cleans.

135x5
225X5
255x3
265x3
275x2
285x2

Form feels weird and the ground I was on is a little sketchy. Hopefully I can build a platform this summer.

Round 2: metabolic circuit

100 jump rope
12 pull-ups
12 elevated fat gripz rows
12 ab wheels (with a pause)
12 TRX shells (hamstrings)

Gonna do a push oriented workout right now

In a rush. Set the round timer up for 15 minutes and got 3 rounds completed.

115lb strict press x8
Trx muscle ups x8
100 jump rope
Decline push-ups on dumbells
Sandbag reverse lunges
60-120lb band press (core)

first time doing sime-heavy deads since i tore my Sartorius muscle and pulled my hammy. felt alright. for some reason my hips are tight and im not sinking my butt down. gotta get back to stretching. took a quick vid at 423LBS. weight felt pretty light, didnt want to overdue it just yet
SPUN PERFORMANCE PLUG


after heavy deads i did a nice pull circuit.

5 Rounds

3 Deadlifts @ 315LBS
10 Dumbell 1 arm snatches (each arm) @ 60LBS
10 Elevated TRX Rows
