My Ride: B6 A4/ Mini Cooper S
For cleans you have to not be afraid to just throw it to the ceiling. Biggest thing is going to be catching it. It was for me at least. Once I got my wrists flexible enough and got my elbows up and caught it, I was good. Now I throw it and literally bounce it off my shoulders/collarbone. You get use to it. Id make a video but im sure there are enough on YouTube. I jump when I throw mine as well. I really put all I have into it. Some people do it that way, some dont. you really have to emphasize the explosion through your hips

being afraid to catch it is definitely my biggest issue right now. I'll be doing it tonight again so I hope it's ok.

great workout today. GREAT. density. 4 times through

- front squat- 10- 185lbs

- curtsy lunge with barbell- 5 each leg- 185 LB

- DB swings- 10- 125LB

- DB snatch- 5 each arm- 85LB

- plate pushups- 25

finisher: 2 sets

- mountain climbers- 50
- jump squats- 25
- bridges- 2:00

quick workout. no weight, more like a tabbattas/30:30. 30 seconds of intensity, 30 seconds of rest. 3 rounds. these are tough... i make sure to carry my inhaler with me.


- jump squats
- mountain climbers
- divebomber pushups
- med ball crunch
- med ball decline pushups
- split jumps

2/4/6/8/10 deadlifts at 315
Between every round of deadlifts do:
3 chest to bar pullups
6 pushups
9 squat jumps

Wear a 20lb vest for the entire workout. Banged this one out in 7:17. 8:44 last year.

DB RDL's- 3x5 each arm- 115LB
+
goblet squats- 3x10- 115LB

spiderman pushups- 3x16
+
divebomber pushups- 3x15

bridge circuit at the end. going to be a waste of a workout seeing as im celebrating my bday tonight

Yep. My buddy came up with it before he left for the army and he incorporated a lot of CF stuff in his training. Heavier than most CF stuff though.
