I need you in my life lol. Love the workout style. Do you have any structure to your workouts? Meaning do you make sure to Press, squat, dead a certain amount of times per week or you just do what you think you should on a given day?

i try to press 2-3 times and squat 4-5 times for sure. Not necessarily structured, but usually my workouts are based around squats and presses

15 60 yard sprints

Hiked 2.7 miles with 24 lbs (4 bricks) on my back, took 1 hour

Got a "keep up the good work soldier" from a passerby during my sprints

Death by Power Clean
With a 135lb Barbell perform 1 power clean the 1st minute, 2 the second min, 3 the 3rd, 4 the 4th, until you fail to reach the required reps in a minute

Felt very unmotivated (one of those days). I've learned through experience when feeling unmotivated pick an exercise you like, kill it, and leave. So after a good warmup I went with:

Squats- 135x20, 135x20, 185x15, 205x12, 225x10, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5, 315x4, 315x3, 315x1, 315x1, 315x1

Thats more than 90% of people would do for an entire leg workout. But, the longer you've been training, the harder you have to work. Simple as that.

Since solly failed I had a quick impromptu lift.

5 rounds:
3 back squat @335
Kb variation (10 deadlift, 10swings, 10 cleans)

5 rounds
Close grip bench press x10 @165
Kb goblet squat (2kbs) x10 @80+15lbs

Doing this today. Really looking forward to it.

Workout of the day:
5x3 Back Squats
3x5 Bench Press
3x Max Rep Hand Stand Push Ups
30 Toes To Bar

8 Reps
With a 135lb Barbell
2 Cleans + Front Squat + Right Leg lunge + Left Leg Lunge + 3 Push Press

*For this movement you perform two cleans, stand up and do a front squat, stand up do a lunge with the right leg then left leg, then 3 push presses. Drop the bar and immediately do 5 burpees. This is not timed. Do the rep when you're ready.
