My Ride: B6 A4/ Mini Cooper S
today:

muscle snatch- 5-4-3 - ended with 175lb

curtsey lunge- 5-4-3 - 265lb
superset
twist DB bench- 5-4-3 - 100lb

1 leg back extenders (like 1 leg GHR's)- 5-4-3 - ended with a 55LB plate (25K)
superset
DB rows (opposite hand on front knee, same leg back)- 5-4-3- 130lb

finished with the TRX training saber shiet. whatever its called. cant explain the whole thing anyway but it was legit. haha

- warmup- U's Y's T's- 15LB

- DB bench w/ twist- 6-5-4- 75-80-90LB

- Hang Cleans- 5-4-3- 215-225-235LB
superset
- pushup circuit- 12-12-12- Plyo dive bombers- spider man pushups- plyo pushups

- Muscle Snatch- 6-5-4- 115- 120- 125
superset
- close grip pushups- 12-12-12 (stacked two 45lb plates and gripped the openings)

finisher- 10LB med ball walk overs (pushup position, walk over with hands from side to side)- side bridge circuit

I don't mean to call you out, but

There's no way you can side raise that much with proper form from your other lift numbers...sorry.

lol wtf? Fully extending my arm from my the db below my hip, straight out to parallel to the ground?

I would have rather called bs on your 205 OHP lol. I go down all the way to chest and 75lbs is getting hard lol. 205 is a lot of weight.
