My Ride: has free candy.
My OHP and incline are basically down to my chest, until my upper arms hit a little lower than parallel.

I have huge shoulders as I was doing wide grip barbell lifts for a while, so that strengthened them a lot. I switched to closer grip and I suffer in numbers but I'm getting my strength back and getting my numbers back up there.

Woke up at 6 for chest day, hit 285x1 with no spot on flat. Repping 185x10 and 205x5-6 on incline, and finish with 205lb reps on decline. Then went to cables.

Did a back workout yesterday, looking for different movements that I can do without an olympic bar.

-100lbs 4x10 good mornings
-50 lb 4x10 kettle raises
-heavy-ish weight 3x10 lat pull downs
-50lb 3x10 bent over rows
-3-4 pull ups at a time, I can do palms in, palms out and bicep pull ups, can't do wide grip at all.
Random cable pulls and hanging leg raises.

What can I do to increase my pull ups? I wish i could deadlift, but is just doing pull ups enough to be a full workout?

I usually start with stiff leg dead lifts to activate my back and bi's on back/bi days... then I go straight to military dead hang pull ups.

You can easily get your numbers up on pull ups by maxing out, and then doing negatives.

I can do 15-20 pull ups until failure. Once I'm at failure, I use a bench to jump up to the fully contracted pull up, and slowly let myself down to a hanging position. While hanging, position feet back on bench, jump back up, repeat.

How's the fvck you gonna call BS on 45 pounds?

I do them standing up, with the opposite side pressed against a pillar.
I have very similar numbers for the majority of our lifts, but I am in no way close to doing 45x5, nor know anyone that can do that even close and I know people that are several times stronger than both of us. That number shocked me, and just intrigued me. I'd love to see a video.

No, not really. I can probably do around the same with a BB, but I do DB's.
