i can almost jump right into my sets after a barbell warm up.
all with the bar: 10 straight led dead lifts 10 jump shrug 10 hang squats 10 hang-snatch 10 overhead squats KB or DB 10 turkish get ups

I am out of town, did this at a little gym here:
Morning: 20 min of HIIT Evening: 3 sets of tricep rope pushdowns, 3 sets of rope hammer curls, 3 sets of v-bar pushdowns, 3 sets of dumbbell curls, 4 sets of leg press, 3sets of leg curl, 3 sets of calf raises.

density this morning- 24 minutes. going to be sticking to these until baseball season starts
all reps are 8-10. 4 times through. pushups were 20 reps. hang clean- 165 squat- 165 CG pushups- 20 DB swing- 110 RDL- 110

density. push press were brutal for 8 near the end of the workout
- DB rows- 110 - curtsey lunges- 165 - chin ups around thick bar - box step ups- 165 - push press- 165

it really is the way to go man. keeps your cardiovascular health up, keeps you lean, gets you stronger.
im up to 204 right now and couldnt be more happy. almost as strong as ive ever been but with more flexibility

I can't imagine only working out for 30...part of lifting is "me" time to focus on nothing but relaxing

i use to have a similar mentality. but quick twitch stuff is all i do. and i cant really relax and be as explosive as i want. love this stuff though. dont really even need a pre workout when i do circuits.

front squat- 5-4-3- 245/265/285 RDL- 3x5- 115LB superset CG pushups- 3x25 DB row- 3x5- 115lb superset spiderman pushups tabbatta finisher. 15s on 15s off. 3 times through jump squats spiderman pushups mountain climbers plyo pushups

Well done on the front squats. I did front squats today for the first time since Sept 3rd to let me knees heal....I'm gonna be hurting tomorrow!
