BTW, how did you make out that day we were talking about your deadlifts and warmups and stuff?

Oops that's Dyllos quote ^^^

Did the dead lifts about a week ago. Made it to 225. That's the most I've done. Got 3 in. Back was pretty sore for like 5 days :s. Gonna give deadlift another go Monday after all my sports on the weekend. Legs def feel way stronger for hockey and soccer with all the front/back squats I've been doing

That's good man. My hamstrings get more sore than my back with the deads.

Legs Day

Front Squat - Back Squat alternating
10x95
10x135, 10x135, 10x155, 10x155
10x185, 10x185
*I'm finding back squat much easier than front squat. Is this normal?

Deadlifts- 10x135, 10x185, 8x225

Lunges w/ 70lbs, 20 20, 20

New personal best squats and dead. Deadlifts felt easy. Excited for next workout.

That's because your hammies get more of a work if you're doing the form properly.

Front squat is almost all quads and glutes, so you have to do less weight. Back squat uses your hammies, quads, and glutes (& hip flexors + )

Didn't get to finish cause they have "faculty hour" from 5-6 so I missed out on abductors/adductors and a few other things.

This week was the second week of squatting since like January....It's gonna be a long time until I can get back to what I was at before

real name is mike. Nickname and old user name was sollyd which is what my name is backwards now. And yeah I'm doing deads tonight. I was at 260x3 then did 240x5, then 250x 5 with shitty form. I'm going to go down to around 230 again and making sure my form is good.

Nice. Def form before weight. As for your next purchase I suggest a Kettle bell. We used them at Xfit in almost every WOD. Great for core strength.

I might think about selling my 36lber if you're interested. I will see if it fits in a flat rate box from the USPS. If it fits, it ships!
