Do the over under grip. You shouldn't have an issue with grip at all.

TRX workout: density: sets of 9-11: 4 times through TRX pull ups (sitting indian style straight under with arms extended) muscle ups pushups with 1 leg in straps (11 each side) face pull / W/ bear hugs pushups with feet on a 1.5ft box

Basically two ropes with handles. Attach them at the top and do body weigh exercises.

haha. google it, youll find a ton of stuff. did another workout on the trx today
decline flies with 2ft box (talkl about fuking brutal) pushups with feet on the box row+muscle up feet in the trx, plyo pushup circuit. 7 plyo, then about 4 more pushing away from the stand, 4 more plyo back under, 7 more plyos weighted pullups (45lb) pike saws

Legs Day
Front Squat 10x95, 10x115, 10x135, 10x155 Felt light but wanted to save energy for the rest Back Squat 10x135 10x185 10x225 new PB. Actually felt light surprisingly Deadlift 10x135 10x185 8x225 8x275 new PB. Grip was still bad, had to reset for the last 4 reps, but very surprised with being able to do 8 reps. Lunges w/20lb dumbells. 20-20-20 Calf raises 12x135, 12x145, 12x155 |

I only did it because the back squat is similar muscles and I was looking for a new PB on back squat.

Ooookie sorry. New PR on Back Squat and Deadlift. But I'm a Pvssy for easing up on front squat.
