Hand grip tool. Or try a fat bar. Straps are not the answer

I def need straps for Deadlift, can barely hold on the last few sets. Very happy with my numbers though
Do the over under grip. You shouldn't have an issue with grip at all.

Work on your grip, use an overhead pull up bar and hang with one arm for as long as you can, and then switch arm hold it for as long as you can, after your done with each arm individualy hang with both arms for as long as you can, repeat this once.

Do this twice a week and after a few months you will have a Gorilla grip

I don't. I just grab each side. Use your dominant hand normally and reverse your weak hand. My grip hasn't been an issue at all since doing this.

its not about being a *****. its just that youve discovered a weak muscle in your body. Develop it, make it stronger and if you're pulling 315 but still want a strap for a few reps, then go ahead.

too good not to post.

TRX workout: density: sets of 9-11: 4 times through

TRX pull ups (sitting indian style straight under with arms extended)
muscle ups
pushups with 1 leg in straps (11 each side)
face pull / W/ bear hugs
pushups with feet on a 1.5ft box

Basically two ropes with handles. Attach them at the top and do body weigh exercises.

robbing with a sword is a good thing

Legs Day

Front Squat
10x95, 10x115, 10x135, 10x155
Felt light but wanted to save energy for the rest

Back Squat
10x135
10x185
10x225 new PB. Actually felt light surprisingly

Deadlift
10x135
10x185
8x225
8x275 new PB. Grip was still bad, had to reset for the last 4 reps, but very surprised with being able to do 8 reps.

Lunges w/20lb dumbells.
20-20-20

Calf raises
12x135, 12x145, 12x155

saving energy is not an excuse to cut weight/reps
