today:
30 push press- 135lb 30 wide grip pull ups 60 1 arm kettlebelll swings- 70lb - (30 an arm) 30 kettlebell thrusters- 35lb each kb phone froze so i used the gym one. took about 12 minutes

- Hang squat-x5 -175lbs - Trx muscle up with fat gripz- x10 - Plyo pushups on weights (back and forth)x10 and 10 close grip pushups holding the weights - 10 pullups - 10 squat jumps with bands

Just starting to get back into heavy lifting. Back felt pretty good on the hangsquats. Normally it would be 225x5 so I'm getting there. Weighed in at 198 today

did the "FRAN" workout today. 4:17
the guys who do it in the 2:00 range are on steroids. haha. that shits rediculous. granetd i had to do widegrip pullups and i dont do the kipping its still pretty hard

Solly, you could do it much faster than 18 hahaha I did it a few months back for the first time and got like 6:52, also no kipping. I'd be happy to get around 5:00. I've been meaning to do aging soon to compare to my baseline. |

i dont do the kb swings over my head like a lot of cf guys do. plus with 70lbs on 1 arm it would be pretty hard
