It's been awhile, but with 185 and crossed arms, I remember dropping the weight or having a hard time keeping my elbows up.

like i tell most people. put a good amount of weight on the bar and just practice racking and unracking. it will come with time. definitely dont use straps. that should be your last resort. along with the crossed arms.

struggled at 7am, didnt get to sleep until late. oh well.

did a little strength workout after.

bb bench- 5x3: 225lb
superset
db swings- 5x10: 125lb

Want to to crawl in a hole and die after my workout just now

Kb resistance band swings: 3x20: 75lb
Superset
Turkish get-ups: 3x3: 75lb

Front squats: 3x20: 155
Superset
Weighted chin ups- 3x10: 35lb

Trx shells: 3x20
Superset
Plyo push-ups: 3x20

Core finisher.

Literally couldn't feel my lower body on my walk of shame back to the car. Hahaha

Yea I'll be in the garage with my r2d2 looking space heater for about an hour or so lol. I'll be alone so it might go a little faster. My regulars are out of town at the moment.
