I stopped doing weighted dips before summer. I have better under chest development than before.

My bad bro for the mis spelled words Im so tired been up since 1:00 AM, I meant clean, its a snatch from right below your Knees to your shoulders, the push press is a standing shoulder press but you use your hip flexers to move the weight, I weigh 190.

so you did 40+ reps in cleans? unless you started with 205, your forearms wouldve been done at 20

more like 40+, I'm a pretty strong dude (not bragging just talking),but of coarse Ive been lifting for a long time. I don't lift for looks I lift for strenght cleans help my vertical and speed. I can forarm curl with 110/120 pounds for 20 reps for 3 or 4 sets no problem.

No bro not like Arnold at all, I just have some strenght, i do have a bigger upper body, but most of my strenght is in my calfs and hamstrings, it sounds like you have allot of knowledge on lifting

I wish i could clean everyday but I go so heavy that twice a week is good for me, if I tried to do the same work out tomorrow i would not have the same power output I did today, it takes a few days for everything to heal and thats even if I down some glutamine

they dont really sell them at big chain stores. theyre hard to find i found em at a random store called takkens shoes. im usually a 9.5 and a 42 fits perfect. i have weird toes too. theyre all short. haha. they are bomb though man. i love them. about $100 but i feel like theyre worth it.

I've been wanting a pair forever haha. I feel like they would make me want to get right up and start running again. I need something for my squats and deadlifts, my under armour soles are too thick and they are starting to smell since they are the only sneakers I have.
