Yeah it's definitely harder. You don't use any momentum to push yourself back up. Really have to engage your core

My Ride: B6 A4/ Mini Cooper S
strength stayed home today, i was beat when i woke up but i hate doing nothing so i did a quick metabolic workout.

21-15-9
KB thrusters (two 35lb kettlebells)
burpees
TRX atomic pushups
TRX low push-ups

didnt time it. wasnt very fast, but it kicked my ass enough

Even the Beast has to take a day off from ripping weight from the ground.

I'm actually not sore from those pause workouts. I think my body is getting too use to the short rep stuff,even though it generally doesn't make me very sore anyway. Time to get in shape

Happy about this. This is obviously fully clothed with shoes but its just about where I wanted to be in the latter half of fall (for me)

3x5 Pause Back Squats 145lbs
3x5 Bench Press 190lbs
3x10 Weighted Ring Dips 20lbs in the vest

8 min amrap (as many reps as possible)
10 70lb Kettlebell Swings
8 35lb Dumbbell Push Press
5 Burpees

Yeah we ere screwing around having a good time. She doesnt hate the weight loss she just doesnt want me to be skinny. She has given me some compliments lately. So I think she is OK with it as I start to bulk.
