Its so crazy to me that you can power clean 300lbs in something like that. I think I'm really spoiled from lifting shoes.

I'm actually pissed off at both of you. Every time I hit the gym I think, "F@ck man! How the f@ck???! Sh|t! Where the hell do they get the strength to move this f@cking weight?". Then I watch one of the videos that you posted, bang myself on the head about 4 times and put on "Coastin'" by Zion1.

It's my ritual each and every lift day.........verbatim! People in the gym must think I'm psycho.

You guys really push me, so I'm thankful for that. I'm not weak, but I feel like it here. LOL! Damn!

Yeah, $30 is a great deal for those. I really like the Reebok CF show. If you are going to get lifting shoes I would get the Nike Romaleos. They get the best reviews from the serious olympic lifters I know (online).

I am surprised that you cannot powerclean over 300. I would have guessed you would be able to judging by your proficiency in the weight room...

I just started hang/power cleaning shortly after Labor Day weekend. It's very new to me, so I'm learning better technique each and every time I perform the movement.

I need to squeeze those in somehow. I need to do them as far away from my dead lift day as humanly possible. They killed my dead lift ability last time.

If you fail on a clean what do you do since you can't really drop it?
